TOMMY PEOPLES: THE QUIET GLEN
Tommy Peoples: fiddle
Alph Duggan: guitar

The last album released (in 1998) by the great fiddle player from Donegal and ex-member of the Bothy Band. Peoples' playing is as crisp and as mesmerizing as ever, supported subtly by Alph Duggan on guitar. Peoples recorded several of his own compositions here, including some well-known tunes which have been circulating among traditional musicians for several decades now. The master at his best.
