Although somewhat unexpected perhaps, a delightful new recording by two Japanese musicians who obviously love Irish music, and who, in the process of learning to play it, have made many friends among Irish musicians mainly in Co. Clare. While the musicianship may not always be of the highest caliber, the performances really convey the joy of playing Irish music together. And what a list of friends: Gerry Commane, Ben Lennon, Mary McNamara, Michael Tubridy, Sean Ryan, etc, etc. A thoroughly enjoyable recording.
