SEAMUS BEGLEY: RAGAIRNE - REVELLING AT NIGHT
Seamus Begley: accordion, melodeon, vocals
Jim Murray: guitar
Mary Blak: vocals
Triona Ni Dhomhnaill: keyboards
Tony Molloy, James Blennerhassett: bass
Rod Quinn, Greg Sheehan: percussion

A thoroughly enjoyable album (2001) by the master accordion player and singer from Kerry, of "Meiteal" (his previous CD) fame, with accompaniments by Jim Murray (guitar) and others (bass, percussion). Murray's guitar playing, while showing great skill, is very busy, even more so than the famous Steve Cooney who recorded with Begley on "Meiteal," and that may not agree with some. But Begley's infectious playing, especially on the polkas and slides of his native county, is hard to resist.
