TUTORIALS
We carry this complete series of tutorials on CD-ROM produced in Ireland. They offer a great new solution by combining the text-based (directions, music notation, photos) information of the traditional book-form tutor and the full-motion video and sound of an instructional video, with the advantage of quick navigation between sections of the tutorial or within each video clip. Instruction for "sean-nos" step dancing, i.e., the older style of solo dancing, by the well-known Clare musician and dancer who obtained the dances from the two renowned Clare dancing masters James Keane and Dan Furey. The CD (sold separately) was recorded by Tubridy and provides the music for the nine dances taught in the book. All of them are recorded twice, once at beginner's pace with spoken instructions, and a second time a normal tempo with music only.
